WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE A QUOTATION??
A brief description of the work, vessel type and length, current location and preferred deadline is usually enough for an initial review. For calculations or technical projects, we may also request drawings, vessel particulars and existing technical documentation.
CAN I REQUEST A QUOTATION WITHOUT VESSEL DRAWINGS?
Yes. Tell us which documents are available. We will identify whether additional measurements, an onboard inspection or further documentation are needed.
WILL YOU NEED TO VISIT THE VESSEL?
Some assignments can be assessed using existing documentation. Others require an onboard inspection, measurements or testing. Your quotation will specify the proposed approach.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES OUTSIDE VALENCIA?
We consider assignments across Spain and international projects on request. Attendance is subject to location, scope and availability. Applicable travel expenses will be identified in the quotation.
CAN YOU PREPARE REPORTS IN ENGLISH?
Yes. Reports and technical documentation can be prepared in English or Spanish. Please indicate your preferred language and the intended recipient.
ARE AUTHORITY FEES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES INCLUDED?
Your quotation will state what is included. Authority fees, shipyard services, lifting, testing and specialist contractors are included only when expressly specified.
